About the Foundation

The Drew Wynne Foundation was formed following the tragic death of Drew Wynne as a result of exposure to the chemical methylene chloride in October 2017. The foundation specifically took root after the culmination of fifteen months of successful lobbying on Capitol Hill to prohibit the manufacture (including import), processing, and distribution of methylene chloride in all paint removers for consumer use. The Wynne family aggressively leveraged academia, industry, governmental and non-governmental agencies to achieve this bi-partisan success with the Environmental Protection Agency to ensure no life is similarly cut short. With the same energy and spirit to succeed, the foundation will do all it can to help realize the dreams of motivated entrepreneurs on the path to greatness.

The Drew Wynne Foundation is a not-for profit corporation committed to investing in human resilience and entrepreneurial dreams through the legacy of Drew Wynne. We will carry out this mission by funding entrepreneurs like Drew. The Drew Wynne Foundation is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as an IRS 501 (c)(3) Tax-Exempt Not-For-Profit Corporation
